Joanne has been in the legal industry for over 20 years. Joanne has had a solid career working in a mid-tier firm in Parramatta and then in a larger firm in the Sydney CBD. Joanne has worked in all aspects of conveyancing from residential through to large-scale developments and has thoroughly enjoyed learning from some incredible mentors during that time including Accredited Property Law Specialists and highly experienced local Conveyancers. In 2016, Joanne decided to bring her knowledge and experience home to the Penrith area. Joanne holds a current Licence under the Conveyancers Licensing Act, is a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers and is a Justice of the Peace.
Joanne is dedicated to ensure that all conveyancing transactions are as smooth and stress-free as possible providing exceptional customer service and communication during the process.
As Conveyancers we have detailed knowledge of the conveyancing transaction. Conveyancing is all we do. It is a transactional process that requires a good attention to detail and a high level of efficiency. Lawyers are also qualified to undertake the conveyancing transaction and generally do so amongst other areas of law or more in-depth property law requirements. Each persons needs are different and when making a decision must consider their budget and the complexity of the transaction.
