We can review contracts on your behalf prior to auction, prior to you putting in an offer or if you have an offer that has already been accepted, prior to you paying a deposit. Often contracts contain “deal breakers” and our contract review will allow you to make an informed decision.

A Contract Review will provide you with a written advice and we will also answer any additional questions you might have. If you instruct, we can then proceed to negotiate any changes for your benefit with the Vendors representative.

For a Contract Review we charge a fixed fee of $250.00. Should you then proceed to purchase that property, the costs will be incorporated into our conveyancing fee and will be deducted from our final invoice at settlement. An invoice will be issued upon receipt of your enquiry, and upon payment we will conduct the contract review.
