About Us
JLR Conveyancing is a Conveyancing Practice licensed in New South Wales. We commenced in 2020 and were built on the dream to start a friendly, available, down-to-earth conveyancing practice with a high level of knowledge and experience. We can assist you with buying and selling residential property, vacant land, units or commercial property state wide. We can also undertake property transfers. We have extensive experience in local, regional, rural and metropolitan transactions.
JLR Conveyancing is predominately a mobile business and can meet with you at a convenient time and place both inside and outside of business hours. If you have a question that can’t wait until Monday, give us a call over the weekend and we will be happy to provide you with some advice.
From 1 July 2019 the NSW Government mandated the use of electronic conveyancing to streamline the conveyancing process for buyers and sellers allowing Conveyancers and financial institutions to interact and transact together online. JLR Conveyancing ensures that they remain up to date with this fast moving and ever evolving eConveyancing environment.

About Joanne
Joanne has been in the legal industry for over 20 years. Joanne has had a solid career working in a mid-tier firm in Parramatta and then in a larger firm in the Sydney CBD. Joanne has worked in all aspects of conveyancing from residential through to large-scale developments and has thoroughly enjoyed learning from some incredible mentors during that time including Accredited Property Law Specialists and highly experienced local Conveyancers. In 2016, Joanne decided to bring her knowledge and experience home to the Penrith area. Joanne holds a current Licence under the Conveyancers Licensing Act, is a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers and is a Justice of the Peace.
Joanne is dedicated to ensure that all conveyancing transactions are as smooth and stress-free as possible providing exceptional customer service and communication during the process.
